All of our products are final sale once processed and shipped.

EXCHANGES

Here at Brown & Bronze, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that things happen. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Qualifying items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be exchanged for the same item that was originally purchased.

To start your exchange, send us an email at contact.studioinez@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
